We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or quality issue within 90 days of purchase, we’ll replace it at no cost.

To start a warranty claim, please contact us through our Contact Page and include:

  • Your order number (or proof of purchase)
  • Photos of the product and the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling. All warranty claims are reviewed by our team to confirm they meet our manufacturing defect criteria.

Each pack of 150 sleeves actually includes 1–3 extra sleeves to ensure you get the correct count each time. These extras are perfect for covering the occasional split or missing sleeve.

Our minimum order quantity typically starts at 2,000 packs of 100 sleeves per artwork. We handle everything for you — no set-up charges, basic packaging design included, and dedicated after-sales support to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
