Why don’t the sleeve size and card size match on the label?

Sleeves need a little extra room so your cards slide in easily and aren’t squished. We make ours about 2 mm taller and wider to fit the card’s thickness. Some brands only list the card size they work with, others list the actual sleeve size — we share both so there’s no guessing.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club credit cards or debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view your order status on your Account page, which will be updated after your order is placed and again once your order ships. You will receive updates about your order, including tracking information.

1. Partnership Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the requirements, rights, and obligations for authorized TitanShield Retail Partners (“Partner”). By joining the TitanShield Retail Partner Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional written agreements or guidelines provided by TitanShield.

2. Eligibility & Approval

Partners must operate a registered business with a valid business license.
TitanShield reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Approval does not create exclusivity unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Ordering & Payment

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Partners must meet the MOQ stated in the official price list.
Pricing: Partner pricing is confidential and must not be disclosed.
Payment Terms: Orders are prepaid unless otherwise approved for credit terms. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
Late Payments: Overdue accounts may be suspended until the balance is cleared.

4. Shipping & Delivery

TitanShield is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the Partner upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted for defective products or incorrect shipments, reported within 7 business days of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
No returns will be accepted for overstock or unsold inventory.

6. Brand Representation

Partners must represent the TitanShield brand in a professional manner.
Brand Assets: Logos, product images, and marketing materials may only be used with TitanShield’s prior written consent.
Alteration of packaging, product design, or branding without approval is prohibited.
Partners must not make false, misleading, or unapproved claims about TitanShield products.

7. Sales Channels

Partners may sell TitanShield products in physical retail stores and approved online stores.
Selling on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com) without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized reselling may result in immediate termination of partnership.

8. Confidentiality

All pricing, product information, and marketing plans are confidential and may not be shared outside your organization without prior consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days’ written notice.
TitanShield reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of:
- Breach of these Terms
- Unauthorized sales or misrepresentation of products
- Non-payment of invoices

10. Limitation of Liability

TitanShield’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products as outlined in these Terms.
TitanShield shall not be liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
